2 cups raw mixed nuts, unsalted and unroasted
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
½ teaspoon salt
1. Preheat oven to 250° F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Place nuts in a medium bowl and toss with oil. Once covered, toss with pumpkin pie spice and salt.
4. Spread spiced nuts in a single layer on the parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour.
5. Enjoy warm or cooled and store in a sealed container.
